ZM-IPC12 Multi-Methyl Metalworking Fluid Carrier is a high-performance industrial cleaning and formulation fluid specifically developed for the metalworking industry.
Its multi-methyl molecular structure provides excellent solvency for industrial oils and greases, enabling efficient removal of cutting oils, stamping oils, rust preventive oils and other machining contaminants.
With a pour point below -60°C, ZM-IPC12 maintains outstanding fluidity even under extremely low-temperature storage conditions. The controlled 196–215°C distillation range ensures fast, uniform evaporation while helping minimize surface residues after cleaning.
The product demonstrates excellent compatibility with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper and many engineering materials (compatibility testing is recommended before commercial use).
ZM-IPC12 can also be used as a carrier fluid or diluent for cutting fluids, grinding fluids, rust preventive oils and other metalworking formulations.
