【Performance and Application】
1. The series are easily dispersed or dissolved in water, can completely replace the existing series of isomeric tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. It has excellent wettability, permeability and emulsifying properties, which is an excellent emulsifier for solvents. It can be used as a solvent-based cleaning agent raw material, but also as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization.
2. Used as a component of degreaser, detergent, emulsifier and scouring agent in the textile industry and the leather processing industry.
3. If a small amount of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is added in pretreatment auxiliary ( such as oil removal, refining agents, wool cleaning agents, etc. ) formula, excellent refining and cleaning effect may be obtained. It is also a raw material for printing and dyeing
auxiliaries (such as penetrants, leveling agents, etc.).
4. As a metal processing agents, multi-functional detergents, decontamination solubilizers, household care cleaners, vehicles, public facilities, Ultrasonic cleaning agent.
5. In this series of products, two or more products can be properly combined to obtain silicone emulsifier with excellent performance. It has a special emulsifying effect on amino silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, and can improve the effect after use. Compared with the general silicone oil emulsifier, the dosage is less and the emulsion is more stable, and it has a strong penetrating power, which can penetrate into the interior of the fiber, thereby obtaining a more satisfactory soft touch;
6. This product does not contain a benzene ring structure, but an alkyl isomers alcohol modified alcohol ether containing a small branched chain. The product has small steric hindrance and good penetrating performance. It is an ideal product to replace the NP series and is a new generation of environmentally friendly products.
7. For manufacturing isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, etc. to further improve the alkali resistance and other properties of the product.
