Single-Phase Dielectric Thermal Management Fluid for BESS Immersion Cooling
ZMPC
ZMPC Single-Phase Dielectric Thermal Management Fluid is a high-performance cooling medium specially developed for battery energy storage system (BESS) immersion cooling applications.
Based on advanced synthetic hydrocarbon base fluid technology and optimized additive formulation, this dielectric coolant provides excellent electrical insulation, heat transfer capability, low-temperature fluidity and material compatibility.
Unlike traditional air cooling and indirect liquid cooling methods, immersion cooling enables direct contact between the dielectric fluid and battery components, improving thermal uniformity, reducing hot spots and enhancing the safety and reliability of energy storage systems.
The product is designed for large-scale energy storage systems, commercial ESS, industrial battery storage and next-generation thermal management applications.
The fluid features:
High specific heat capacity
Excellent thermal conductivity
Efficient heat absorption and heat dissipation
Uniform temperature control
It enables efficient thermal management for high-power lithium battery systems and helps maintain stable operating temperatures under demanding conditions.
Designed as a non-conductive dielectric cooling medium:
High dielectric strength
Stable insulation performance
Suitable for direct-contact battery cooling
The fluid maintains reliable electrical isolation throughout the service life of the cooling system.
Compared with conventional cooling approaches, immersion cooling provides direct heat removal from battery modules.
Key advantages:
